TPS Turku 3-1 Lisburn Distillery
UEFA Intertoto Cup - Sunday, 29th June, 2008
LISBURN Distillery's Intertoto Cup campaign ended with this defeat at the hands of Finnish opponents TPS Turku.

Mika Aaritilo opened the scoring on 42 minutes with a low left-foot strike from just inside the area to effectively put the tie beyond doubt.

TPS extended their lead with quarter-of-an-hour remaining through Mikka Paatelainen who made the most of a Paul Muir stumble to beat Alex Spackman.

The Whites did pull one back on 84 minutes courtesy of a Gary Browne spot-kick after Muir was held back as he burst into the area.

Chris Kingsberry came close to levelling moments later only to be denied by the legs of 'keeper Jukka Lehtovarra but any hopes of a revival was dashed with four minutes left when Armand One knocked home a third.
