Crusaders 2-0 Glenavon
JJB Sports Premiership - Saturday, 23rd August, 2008
TWO Aaron Black goals saw Crusaders fire their way to the top of the JJB Sports Premiership with a comfortable defeat of Glenavon at Seaview.

Black handed the Crues the advantage in the 11th minutes from six yards after getting on the end of a Martin Donnelly corner from the right.

And the pair combined again on the half-hour when another Donnelly corner - this time from the left - was once more met by Black to double Crusaders' lead.

Glenavon might have pulled one back eight minutes after the break through a Tony Grant header while Trevor Molloy also tested 'keeper Aaron Kerr with two long range efforts.
