Bohemians 1-1 Glentoran
Setanta Sports Cup - Saturday, 13th March, 2010
GLENTORAN slipped out of the Setanta Sports Cup despite earning a point from League of Ireland champions Bohemians in Dublin.

The first half failed to produce many moments of note although the Bohs did come close on ten minutes when Mark Quigley delivered an effort from the left which came back off the join between crossbar and post.

Other than a 25-yard drive midway through the first half Glentoran's best effort came three minutes after the break when Colin Nixon tested 'keeper Chris O'Connor with a downward header from a Gary Hamilton corner.

But they didn't have to wait long to break the deadlock when, three minutes later, Gillespie produced one of his trademark runs down the right wing before crossing for Hamilton to direct a header beyond O'Connor.

However, Bohemians were back on level terms ten minutes after that when Rafael Cretaro fired past James Taylor from the edge of the box after Anto Murphy had knocked on a Quigley cross.
