Crusaders 4-0 Coagh United
JJB Sports Irish Cup - Saturday, 13th February, 2010
HOLDERS Crusaders continued their defence of the JJB Sports Irish Cup with this comfortable defeat of Championship opponents Coagh United at Seaview.

Both sides showed promise in the early exchanges with Jordan Owens coming closest when he skimmed the woodwork after a quarter-of-an-hour.

The Crues did gain the upper hand, though, on 32 minutes when Chris Morrow did well to control a Marty Donnelly before directing the ball past Johnny Pollock from six yards.

And the pair teamed up again on 46 minutes when Morrow hooked home a Donnelly cross to effectively put the tie beyond Coagh's reach.

Donnelly then got his name on the scoresheet on 58 minutes with a left foot drive from the edge of the area.

He was involved again three minutes later when he supplied the cross for half-time subsitute Ross Arthurs to sweep home Crusaders' fourth.
